This website, flex-security.com, is operated by Sultan Freight Logistics LLC, doing business as Flex Security ("we", "us"), 96 Clinton Ave, Newark, NJ 07114. By using this site or placing an order, you agree to these terms.

1. Products and use

Our products are security, networking, access control, cabling and power equipment intended for professional installation. We sell equipment only and do not provide installation services. You are responsible for installing and using products in compliance with all applicable laws, building and fire codes, privacy laws and any state or local licensing requirements for security system installation.

2. Product information

We try to display products, specifications and images accurately. Specifications come from the manufacturers and may change without notice. Images may be representative. If a product you receive does not match its description, our Returns and Refunds Policy applies.

3. Pricing and availability

Prices are in U.S. dollars and may change without notice. Stock levels are updated regularly but are not guaranteed. If an item is unavailable or was listed with a pricing error, we may cancel the order and issue a full refund. We reserve the right to limit quantities and to refuse or cancel any order.

4. Quotes

Written quotes are valid for the period stated in the quote, or 15 days if no period is stated, and are subject to stock availability.

5. Payment

Payment is due at the time of order unless we have agreed in writing to other terms. You confirm that you are authorized to use the payment method you provide.

6. Shipping, returns and warranty

Shipping and returns are governed by our Shipping Policy and Returns and Refunds Policy. Products carry the original manufacturer warranty. We will help you process warranty claims with the manufacturer.

7. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim related to a product or order is limited to the amount you paid for that product. We are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, including loss of data, loss of profits, or losses resulting from intrusion, theft or system failure.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey, without regard to conflict of law rules.

9. Changes

We may update these terms at any time. The version posted on this page applies to orders placed after the update.
